How to use the Active Glossary

Highlight a word...

... and the definition will appear!

Active Glossary is a new technology that allows you to look up the definitions to words without ever leaving the page you're on! Just highlight a word with your mouse and our search engine will find the definition and pop it up on your screen.

If you are having trouble with the Active Glossary, hopefully these tips will help you get it working:

• Make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser settings.
• Download the latest version of your browser(IE or Netscape).
• AOL users must have AOL 5.0 and at least Internet Explorer 5.01 or greater, even if they are only using the browser in AOL(AOL 5.0 works in tandem with Internet Explorer); as IE 5.01 contains some fixes for Javascript in AOL.
